Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your paksup account. paksup's aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
paksup does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to paksup may occasionally be suspended for maintenance, security updates, or reasons outside paksup's control including internet service disruptions in Pakistan or third-party payment provider outages.
paksup reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for a breach of terms, paksup reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within fourteen business days. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon termination regardless of circumstances.
